1. Services

Organized by Andrea provides professional organizing services in Palm Beach County, Florida, including home organizing, move-in unpacking and setup, document organizing, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Consultations & Booking

Initial consultations are offered to assess project scope and provide recommendations. Booking a consultation does not obligate you to purchase services. Project pricing is provided after the initial assessment.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens and will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Payment

Payment terms are discussed during the consultation and agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of each session unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Client Responsibilities

During organizing sessions, you are responsible for:

• Making final decisions about which items to keep, donate, or discard
• Providing safe access to your home or office
• Communicating any specific concerns or preferences
• Securing valuables, medications, and firearms before sessions

6. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and before/after photos are strictly confidential. We will never share your personal details or images without your explicit written consent. This commitment extends to all team members and subcontractors.

7. Liability

While we exercise the utmost care with your belongings, Organized by Andrea is not liable for pre-existing damage to items, decisions you make about your possessions, or items that are accidentally discarded at your direction. We carry professional liability insurance for your peace of mind.

8. Donations & Disposal

Items designated for donation are handled discreetly. We can arrange pickups or drop-offs with local organizations. Once items are donated, they cannot be retrieved. We recommend reviewing all donation piles before they leave your home.
